Delia A. Reis a 56-year resident of Manhattan Beach passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at the age of 89. Daughter of Italian immigrants, Louis and Mary Tosi. Born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on August 25, 1927, was preceded in death by husband, George; mother, Mary Tosi; father, Louis Tosi; brothers, Emmet Tosi, Henry Tosi and Ernest Tosi; and sisters, Helen Mazzocco, Frances DiGeralomi and Emma Tosi. George and Del lived in Manhattan Beach since 1960. She leaves behind her son and daughter-in-law, Gerard and Julie Reis of Brea, her daughter and son-in-law, Christine and Andy Roberts of Newhall, her Daughter Donna Kinser of Newhall, 7 grandsons and their 3 spouses, 2 granddaughters, 2 great-granddaughters, and 1 great-grandson. Del was a dedicated wife and mother. She was an active member of American Martyrs Church, having faithfully served on many ministries throughout her years as a parishioner. She often said that she was "proud to be a coal miner's daughter" and "all for the Honor and Glory of God".
