Donald Vincent Puliselich 1/10/1975 - 1/10/2018
Donnie died on his forty-third birthday. Donnie is everything you want in a son. In high school he played on back-to-back championship football teams at San Pedro high school. After he graduated high school he got a job as a security guard at Maersk shipping. When he got his casual card he quit and focused on getting in the Union. He got into Local 13, in 1997- work number 37704. He became an excellent Lasher, a Chief Dispatcher "The Voice of the Harbor" then a good Crane Operator, later he became a Foreman in Local 94, at the time the youngest Foreman. Donnie loves to travel but his greatest passion is Jiu-Jitsu. He is a Black belt at the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy and Trainer. He was a wonderful son. He leaves behind his parents Mike and Maria Puliselich, Sisters Nancy and Michelle, Nephews Vince, AJ, Michael. Niece's Ella and Jaylinn and Companion Donna Ballard and Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Rosary and visitation will be held Monday, January 22, 6pm-9pm at Green Hills Chapel and a funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 23rd at 11:30. A reception will be held at 231 w C Street, Wilmington CA after the service. "I try to set the example but I fail. Be true to yourself and others. Treat everyone with respect and dignity. Do not talk bad about anyone. Keep it to yourself. Control your ego. THE POWER OF NOW!".
