Born in Blende, Colo, one of seven children, Frank attended Pleasantview School before the family moved to California in 1936. The family settled in Lincoln Heights and Frank attended Lincoln High School.

A WWII veteran, he was inducted on Dec 28, 1942 and honorably discharged on Feb 23, 1946. In 1947, my dad began his lifetime career with Bank of America. He worked at 4th and Spring, Santa Fe Springs, Corporate, Wilmington and San Pedro branches. He retired from branch work in 1979 as Vice President and Manager of San Pedro Main Office. Later, he rejoined BofA as a Private Banker, located on Silver Spur Road in Rolling Hills Estates, CA, where he retired in 1986.

Dad was an active member of the San Pedro Elks Lodge and the Garibaldina M.B. Society. He was a 15 yr volunteer at Little Sisters of the Poor in San Pedro, CA.
