He served honorably in the Army Reserve. Tom was a waiter at the Chart House in Redondo Beach for many years. He was beloved in the South Bay. He loved to travel and meet people. He was a minister, and wed many couples, usually on the beach. He would wake up in the middle of the night to watch his beloved Manchester United play. He was a walking sports encyclopedia. He was very generous and donated to causes close to his heart. He loved Spokane, but his heart remained in the South Bay.
