Born December 28, 1928, to August "Billy" Fuhrman and Alice (Simpkins) Fuhrman in Norfolk, VA , Helen moved in infancy to her beloved San Pedro. After graduating from San Pedro High School, Class of 1947, she began her vocation as wife and mother. She is survived by her husband, Victor, who she married in 1948. In addition, Helen is survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, whom were the light of her life: Jason, Eric, Ben, Kaysea, Jesse, Jeffrey, Andy, Lauren, Rose, Sophie, Victoria, Ailey, Rocco, Lillian and CeCe. She will be remembered for her loving and generous heart, her countless random acts of kindness to strangers, especially to the marginalized of society.
