Henry son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvarez of Carson passed away on March 13, 2012 at his home in Oregon. He was born May 2, 1944. He is survived by his wife, Andrea MacDonald; son, Nick and daughter, Monica who preceded him in death. He had four sisters and five brothers. He was a resident of the South Bay area, attended Phineas Banning High School, Harbor College and proudly served in the US Army overseas in the Philippine Islands. He was the creator of AlvarezWax.com, Plague of Harry Bridges, The Fisherman Memorial, The Ca Japanese Memorial in San Pedro, Ca. He also worked on numerous Motion Pictures. He was given the prestigious honor of Honorary Longshoreman. Henry lived life to the fullest! Known all around the world by his peers, they have given him the supreme Acknowledgement of Master of his craft. Celebration of His Life will be at Mission Ebenezer Church, Carson, CA, 415 W.
