In Loving Memory Larry Duncan Obituary
Larry Duncan, 73, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday morning, January 5, 2011. He was born on December 17, 1937 in Los Angeles to Joseph and Evelyn Duncan and lived in Southern California his whole life. He worked in the field of industrial sales. Although he enjoyed his career and the opportunity he had to travel through his work, his great joy in life was his family. He loved spending time with them and joking around with his grandchildren. He also loved to golf as often as possible. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Alvin. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Shirley Duncan; sons, Jim and Darrell (Keri) Duncan; grandchildren, Jeremy, Heather, Nick, Taylor and Bradley; brother, Bert (Natalie) Duncan; sister, Janet (Jim) Alexander. A memorial service will be held at Redondo Beach Church of Christ, 6122 Pacific Coast Hwy., Redondo Beach, on Saturday, January 15 at 11:00 a.m., with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
