Orville R Payne, a native of Brookfield, MO, born July 10, 1937; transplanted to Southern California in 1957. He passed away on February 9, 2014. Preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen V. Payne; and brother, Lawrence E. (Ed) Payne. Survived by his son, Richard M. Payne of Carson, CA; and daughters, Lisa M. Geiger (Fred) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Gayle A. Childers of Carson, CA; Laurie A. Aello (Eric) of Wylie, Texas; grandchildren, Regina A. Lucy (Steve) of Laguna Niguel, CA; Justin T. Childers of Dodge City, KS; Jennifer A. Childers of Carson, CA; Alexandrea A. Garcia(Zac) of Wylie, TX; Jessica A. Aello of Burbank, CA; Bethany M. Geiger of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Jonathan F. Geiger of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. and Daniel J. Aello of Wylie, TX; great -grandchildren, Emma E. Childers and Austin J. Childers of Las Vegas, NV; Dillon M. Childers of Dodge City, KS and Avery M. Garcia of Wylie, TX; his sister, Evelyn L. Davis of Independence, MO; and brothers, Rev. Bernie L. Payne (Sandra) of Waterloo, IA; Larry L. Payne (Catherine) of Lathrop, MO and Roger D. Payne (Cynthia) of Kearney, MO; sister-in-law, Gretchen Payne Sheffield Lake, OH; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be on Thursday, February 13 starting at 10:00 AM with a Chapel Service starting at Noon at A.M. Gamby Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Green Hills Memorial Park.
