My deepest sympathy to the entire Rulison Family. Although I had long lost contact with Bob, I had worked with him during the summers of 1956, 57 and 58 at the Office of Highway Planning it was called back then. Eventhough a group of us were only called summer help he treated us with much respect and admiration as if we were all permanent employees. I have never forgotten him after all these years as it was my first job out of highschool and he certainly made the transition to the real world much more pleasant. I am sorry for your loss.

I was sadden to read of Bob's passing. He and Marge were wonderful next door neighbors for 19 years. We had many good times together and I always enjoyed his stories and company.

I worked many years in DOT with Robert. He was a hard worker, & you could always count on him to give you a hand when you needed it. It was fun to work with him because he always had something funny to say. He was the best & most loyal friend you could have. God bless him.

Bob was a very nice person and a great photographer. He shot our wedding photographs 34 years ago. He was greatly missed at the State Department of Transportation after his retirement.
