John and I met when we were long-distance runners in Palatine. We both enjoyed many miles over the Palatine Trail and marathons. He impressed me as he was always pleasant and peaceful to talk with. What a class act you have for a father, grandfather, etc! May he enjoy his eternal reward. Wishing the family good memories of past happy times and strength in the days ahead.
