My dear family of Jackie:
Jackie worked for me as an attendance clerk when I was assistant principal at HEHS. Gary Marx called me for a reference on Jackie who had applied for a job as his secretary. I told Gary that Jackie was "quietly efficient", which I told him was the highest recommendation that I gave anyone who worked for me. Jackie had a terrific personality and was fun to work with, but first and foremost to her was getting her work done. Gary hired Jackie and until the day he retired thanked me profusely for recommending Jackie.
Just today I learned of Jackie's passing. I don't know how I missed the obituary for Jackie, otherwise I would surely have attended her memorial service. She surely has a special place in heaven! She will be in our prayers.
