LIBERTYVILLE - Carol A. Gutzmer, 80, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015 in Lincolnshire. She was born Oct. 30, 1934 in Mundelein, IL and had been a Libertyville-Mundelein resident for most of her life. She was a retired receptionist at The Frank G. Hough Company and International Harvester Corporation in Libertyville and enjoyed spending winters in Cocoa Beach, FL. Surviving are her husband William "Bill" Gutzmer; 4 sisters, Donna Crites, Bonnie (Ron) Jagmin, Lynn (George) Lindstrom and Diane (Fred) Krebs; brother, Bob (Andrea) Kiene; Sister-in-law, Jean Youngquist; Brother-in-law, Jim (Karen) Gutzmer and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Vera Wells, by her sister, Ione and brothers, Harold, Ken, Gordon and Bob Wells. A memorial service for Carol is pending. Memorial contributions can be made to either the Paramedic Unit of the Libertyville Fire Department or the Countryside Fire Department. Uncle Bill I'm so sorry,when I called this morning to say hi to you guys and see how the both of you were feeling and you told me Aunt Carol passed away my heart sank to the floor,I'm so sorry !!
