I graduated from Unioville HS in 1970 and Mrs. Fitzgerald was my Biology teacher in 10th grade when I first came to UHS. She was wonderful. She was one of those teachers who made a difference. Funny I thought she was "old" then and yet she still looks the same only her hair is white. She was one of best. Claudia Franks Melbourne FL

Although I have not know your Mother I did know your Father and remember all the loving stories he spoke of and how he so loved her. I worked at Wyeth Labs with your dad and attened his service. I knew the name as soon as I saw it. God Bless the family and keep your memories.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of my friend and colleague,
Our beloved Betsy. She was the personification of the kind, gentle and understanding teacher. I will always cherish fond memories of our teaching days at Unionville High School. Though she is gone, she will not be forgotten by the students
Whose lives she touched.
