About this time of year Paul and me would start talking
about how the Trout would be running in the Delaware Bay. We made many trips to the Bay in Paul's van. We caught a bunch of fish and always had a great time.
I miss those trips and I miss Paul.

My heart goes out to Barbara and the Family at the news of this rather sudden, difficult passing of a beloved artist and person in our Art Community. I was shocked by the news and will hold you all in my prayers and in my heart. Sincerely, Bert Proscino

As I read the heartfelt condolences sent by so many of Paul's admirers I was struck by the recurring comment "only met him once" apparently that was enough
to elicit an instant connection to this most remarkable man. Recall an art critic in praise of Paul's Art as a painter whose poetry was always present in his paintings. Gene McLane

My husband and I lived many years in Chadds Ford and would see Paul as he would study and paint on the farm we lived on. He painted ou dog on the porch of our house and was so kind and gave the painting to my husband after he lost his best friend (the dog).

Paul, I'll always shed a tear whenever I hear or say your name or look around and see your wonderful art. I will miss you dearly. You were a large man that was never afraid tell a friend " I love you", that's the kid of man I'd like to be.
I never fished, I never drew but I sure loved hanging around you and watch you sketch anyone or anything around you.
Paul, I'll miss you and love you my friend.
I hope to see you on the other side, till then, Adios

Paul's incredible talent never went to his head. He was humble and a regular guy. My boys went to Chadds Ford Elementary School with his grandkids and I'd always see him there for Donuts with Dad and the May Fair. He was a Kirkwood Fitness regular and everyone knew him there. He will be missed by so many. My thoughts go out to his family. Rest in Peace big fella.

So sorry to read of his passing. My best to his family & loved ones. I only met him once, when he personally brought one of his art prints to our house, but with just one brief meeting, I considered him to be a friend. He was a very gifted and talented artist and a truly nice man. God bless him. Donna S. Smith, The Village of Rocky Run

Paul was a very special friend. Knew him from Kirkwood Fitness. He, along with Danny, Bill and myself, enjoyed lunch out about once a month. I will miss those outings and him.
