Helen Nist Obituary
Helen is reunited in Heaven with her husband, Wilbur Nist; parents, Thelma and Lacy Dudley; brother, David Dudley; and sister, Betty Faulkner.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Cindy Mauld and husband Patrick; grandchildren, Jordan Cockrille and husband Chris, Jacob Mauld; and great-grandchild, Kennedy Cockrille.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 179 E Mercury Boulevard, Hampton, VA 23669. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the Hospice House and Support Care of Williamsburg. Arrangements and heartfelt guidance through Claytor Rollins Funeral Home. Cindy and family,
I don't know if you remember me but my mother Mary was a friend of Helen's. I am so very sorry to hear of her passing. My sincere condolences.
I know I have pictures somewhere of Helen and my mom taking me and my friend to Busch Gardens when I was a kid. Your mom was always so kind and when my mother was ill with dementia she came over with a KFC meal for all of us to enjoy. So very thoughtful!
May she rest in peace.
