Judith Insley Topping

Judith Insley "Judy" Topping, 81, joined her loving husband Richard in Heaven on April 6th, 2021. Born to Goodwin Webster Insley and Mable Weston Insley on April 5th, 1940, "Judy" was a native of Poquoson and resided there for 81 years. She retired from Poquoson City Public Schools after working as an assistant in the Poquoson High School library. Judy was a member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church in Poquoson. She was an avid camper and enjoyed spending time with family and friends at Bugg's Island, VA on Kerr Lake.

Judy is preceded in rest, by her parents Goodwin and Mable Insley, husband Richard Odell Topping Jr., and siblings: Kenneth Insley, Jimmy Insley and Betty Insley Duty.

She survived by her loving children, Ronald Taylor Topping (Kim Conner), Warren Keith Topping (Denise), and Betsy Topping Ferguson (Tommy); grandchildren, Christine Topping, Tonya Stokes (Donnie), Brian Topping (Stephanie), Abigail Topping, Thomas Ferguson, Jacob Topping, and Erin Ferguson; great-grandchildren, Zachary Stokes, Brianna Topping, Hunter Stokes, and Pypper Topping.
