She was a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps and the National Contract Management Association. At the time of Linda's retirement, she was employed by DOD Civil Service where she worked as a DeCA Senior Procurement Analyst. She was a valued staff member for Delegate Gordon Helsel in serving on his campaign. She enjoyed crocheting, genealogy, and Sudoku. Linda's passion in life was singing in her church choir and spending time with her family. She especially loved her grandsons, Justin, Carter, and Travis with whom she was affectionately known as 'Nana' and 'Granny.'
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Elizabeth Parker.
