I was fortunate to have met and worked with Gene for years while I was a fellow Dover Rotarian. Each of us who he touched has been left with memories of his open friendliness, good humor, energetic willingness to help others less fortunate, and of his undying community spirit. Gene was a true gentleman and it has been a privilege to have enjoyed his friendship. My deepest condolences to his family
