Victoria was born on January 15,1947 in Newark, NJ, to the late Charles and Evelyn (McCall) Cirillo. She grew up in Belleville, NJ and graduated from Belleville High School in 1965.

Victoria was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister, friend and an overall caring person to those around her. Lee Esq. for 30 years in Hackettstown, NJ as his Legal Secretary and Paralegal.

She enjoyed traveling in her camper with her husband, reading, and listening to music. Most importantly, Victoria also took care of her own mind and soul; always learning, reading, and acknowledging & sharing how she saw the Lord's hand in life. Victoria was an Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Hackettstown and a member of its Choir for many years. She chaired the Committee that handled the annual Fish and Chips Dinner and the Roast Beef Dinners.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Charles M.
