Alexandria - Services for Winton Hisaw will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 12, 2019 in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville with his son, Reverend Tim Hisaw officiating. Burial will be in Tioga Cemetery.

The family requests that visitation be observed Friday, January 11, 2119 at Hixson Brothers, Pineville from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and will continue on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

Mr. Hisaw, 87, of Alexandria, formerly of Lafayette passed from this life, Tuesday, January 08, 2019 at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.

He was a long time member of First Baptist Church, Lafayette and currently a member of Tioga First Baptist Church. He was a sales associate in Computer Technology. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, who loved spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse William and Willie Grace Fuller Hisaw; brothers, Garvon Hisaw and Arnell Hisaw; sister, Cecil Agent

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 60 years, Sarah Germany Hisaw; son, Tim Hisaw and wife, Susie; sisters, Bonnie Coleman and Naomi Ming; grandsons, John Winton Hisaw and Walker Reid Hisaw and a host of other family members and friends.

Pallbearers honored to serve will be Billy Coleman, Steve Ming, Jim Ray, Reverend Jim Reid, Dr. David Cranford and John Winton Hisaw. Honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of First Baptist Church, Lafayette and Tioga First Baptist Church.
