HAYNES, Bishop James Neaul The sixth child of the late Bishop F.L. Haynes and Mrs. Ola Mae Haynes boareded the "Old Ship of Zion" bound for Glory on March 9, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Bishop Haynes served in many capacities of the Church of God in Christ most notably as First and Second Assistant Presiding Bishop and Lifetime Member of the General Board with Emeritus status. The Service of Remembrance will be held Monday 7-9pm at Saintsville Sanctuary COGIC. The Celebration of Victory for the COGIC General and Father will commence Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 12:00pm in the "Most Sacred" Sanctuary of the Inspiring Body of Christ Church. Bishop leaves to cherish his memory and legacy the lovely Mother Vivian King Haynes, his wife of 59 years; daughters, Mother Pia Susaye Haynes Williams (Bishop R.L. Williams) and Mrs. Vrai Dawn Haynes Morris (Mr. William Morris-deceased); beloved grandchildren, Darius Craig Morris, J. Neaul Williams, Chandler Ellington Williams, and D'Aria Jesslyn Morris; his sister, District Missionary Maxine Haynes Kyle (Mr. Edward Kyle-deceased); brother, Abner Haynes (Mrs. Guadalupe Gonzalez-Haynes); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and relatives whom he all claimed. Bishop Haynes is also loved and mourned by the Saintsville Sanctuary Church of God in Christ, the Superintendents, Pastors, Elders, and the entire constituency of the Texas Northeast First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction.
