News Death Notice
BANKS, Jr., Norman G. age 76, of Trotwood, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Hospice of Dayton. Born March 26, 1937 in Dayton to the late Norman G., Sr. & Ezelle Banks. A veteran of the United States Army and a retired employee of the Veterans Administration Medical Center. Also, preceded in death by his wife, Allie Banks; sister, Betty Banks. Survivors include his daughter, Candace E. Banks- (Kirk) Hamilton; stepchildren, Karen Chancellor, Robbie (Sharon) Weatherspoon; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 11 am Friday, May 24, 2013 at the HOUSE OF WHEAT Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 North Gettysburg Avenue. Rev. Andre Hayes officiating. Interment Dayton National Cemetery. Visitation 9 am Friday at the funeral home until the time of service. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Online condolences may be expressed at [email protected]

We are so very sorry for the loss of Mr Norman. We adored him here at the Dialysis Clinic. He was a very sweet and nice man.
