John was a beloved classmate of mine. I always considered John a step above intellectually however he never flaunted it--he was one of us! John was an ardent follower of the Wright Brothers; I still prize his power point presentation of "Two Guys from Dayton". In October 2010 we had our last reunion and we toured the Wright Brothers House---John was there. My sympathy to Mary and the family!

I wish to express my condolences to Johns family. I have not been a neighbor long yet I experienced Johns kindness on several occasions. Last March he honored our family by attending my husbands memorial service. John will be missed.
