ABBOTT, Roy Edward 103, of Beavercreek, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Trinity Retirement Community. He is preceded in death by his wife Donna (Ford) Abbott. He is survived by 2 sons, Alvin (Cora) Abbott of FL and Ed (Betty) Abbott of GA; 2 daughters, Sue (Ed) Brumbaugh of Beavercreek and Nancy (Will) Dearwester of Bellefontaine; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. He worked as a machinist and auto mechanic and was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church. He was devoted to his family and the betterment of mankind. The world is a better place because he was here and he will be greatly missed by all the people whose lives he touched. Funeral Services will be 11 AM, Friday, February 9 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Pastor Bev Jenkins officiating. His family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service Friday at the funeral home. Interment in North Cemetery, Cedarville, OH.
