News Death Notice

WRIGHT, Wayne Richard age 68, of Butler Township, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014. He retired from GM/Delco Moraine with more than 35 years of service and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Wayne was a member of the First Baptist Church in Union and loved Nascar and drag racing. He is survived by his wife of 41 years: V. Mae (Girnus) Wright, daughter: Jessica (Chris) Royalty of West Carrollton, son: Dave (Carol) Roesser of Dayton, grandchildren: Tyler, Brandon and Candice Royalty, special sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Pat (Bud) Richey of Fairborn, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Leon and Maggie (Mobley) Wright. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Robert Bulow and Cardiology Specialists of Dayton and Dr. Rick Gebhart for the care given to Wayne. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 10, 2014 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood) with Rev. Dan Kincer officiating. Interment will follow the service at Willow View Cemetery in Dayton. The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
