Donald MARCZYNSKI Obituary
News Death Notice
MARCZYNSKI, Donald Edward age 65 of Centerville passed away Friday, February 22, 2013 at Hospice of Dayton. He was preceded in death by his parents: Edward J. and Jeanette Marczynski. Donald is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Kathy (Rieger) Marczynski; daughter, Kimberly A. Marczynski of Lakeland, FL and a brother, Gerald (Cindy) Marczynski of Reno, NV and numerous nieces and nephews. Donald was a 1965 graduate of St. Lawrence High School in Chicago, IL and was active in the United States Air Force for 7 years. Donald was a Real Estate Settlement Agent before working for the United States Post Office and retiring in 2009. He was an avid baseball fan especially of the Chicago Cubs. Donald was a beloved husband and father and will be missed by many. The family would like to thank Dr. Manish Sheth and his staff for all of their care and compassion given to Donald. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 28th from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 6245 Wilmington Pike, Centerville. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Dayton or The American Lung Association. I will be keeping Kathy and family in my thoughts and prayers. I did not know Don but for a short time working with his wife, but it was long enough to know he was a good man and very dear to his family. I know he will be greatly missed.
