GRUSENMEYER, Paul age 87, of Huber Heights, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014 surrounded by family. Paul was a retired dairy farmer from the family business Palean Farm, a charter member of St. Peter Catholic Church, an Army Veteran of Korean Conflict, a member of the Montgomery County Fair Board for 43 years where he served as President, past President of the Farm Bureau, a member of Huber Heights Senior Citizens and St. Peter Senior Citizens. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean in 2011, parents, Clement & Anna Grusenmeyer, sister, Angela Priske, and brother, Leo. Paul is survived by his daughters & sons-in-law, Alice & Rick Streacker of GA, Debra Demmy of Troy, and Sharon & Stuart Johnson of Milford Center; sons & daughters-in-law, David & Debbie Grusenmeyer of NY, Ronald & Mary Kay Grusenmeyer of MO, and Dennis Grusenmeyer of VA; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; many nieces & nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Thursday, May 29, 2014 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 6161 Chambersburg Rd. with Father Earl Simone celebrant. Interment Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends at the Marker & Heller Funeral Home, Huber Heights Chapel, 5844 Old Troy Pike on Wednesday from 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church or in Paul's memory.
