Bev Elmore was truly a very special individual and a most valuable asset during her years with the Dayton Public Schools. I met her during the time that she worked in the Student Services area. While she spent a great deal of time working with challenging young people, she was committed to motivating them. She encouraged them to become responsible and conscientious individuals. She wanted them to take charge of their lives and to make a difference. She was a wonderful role model.
