So... It has been over 5 1/2 years since we lost you, Mary. I still think about you often and cherish all of the wonderful memories. There is a picture of you on my desk at work and a note you wrote in my jewelry box. When I think of you, I can't help smiling. Love you!

Dae, Jen & Chris,
There are no words that we can say to take away the pain and loss that you feel right now. Just remember to cherish the memories, and never forget that she'll always be at your side watching over you. When it seems like the tears won't stop, always remember to reflect on the good times; the karaoke, the dancing, the smiles, the stories... all of it. Jen, I keep reminiscing over the time at King's Island when she helped us remember the words to "Goodbye Earl" by acting out the lyrics. Hold onto the wonderful memories that God blessed us with and know that she'll always be watching over you. I love you guys with all of my heart. Call or stop by anytime you need to talk, day or night.

Mary was my cousin, my uncle Lloyd's granddaughter. I'm so sorry for your tragic loss. I know you all will miss her very much, but God had His own plans for her and now she's singing with His heavenly choir.

You all are in my prayers. God bless you all and may He comfort you and give you strength and courage to endure the days ahead.

Love,

Mary was a very kind, and giving person. My life has been blessed by having known her. She always knew just what to say to put a smile on my face. Mary and I sang together for almost three years. She used to call me, saying that she heard a song on the radio that I should sing. My favorite times were on stage with "my girls" Mary & Heather. Oh how I wish that we could all do it again. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I saw my sister for the last time a week ago.
We were about to start a small project at her house, and she stopped by my house Friday to finalize arrangements.
I was in the yard as she pulled in so I walked to the car to greet her.
Usually she would have gotten out of the car. Typically we would have visited for a while, talking about nothing for too long.
We were both busy that day. Each in the middle of a "to do" list. She stayed in the car, and we spoke only briefly. (It was okay. After all, I would be starting the project Monday morning, and we would talk a lot, and laugh often after she got home from work later that day.)
Before she pulled away she said "I'll see you Monday. I love you. Bye."

I miss you Mary. I hope to see you again someday. I love you too.

Mary was so kind to me from the moment I met her. She had a caring smile and a warmth towards others that is rare in people. I never heard her say anything bad about anyone. She was always so supportive. I remember once at karaoke we were talking about things we'd always wanted. I mentioned two: a glass chess set and a baseball jersey with my name and birth year on it. That Christmas she got me a glass chess set. The next year for my birthday she got me a baseball jersey with my name on it. And my birth year. That's the kind of person she was. Very giving. And a great singer! I will so very much miss singing with her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this time. She will be missed.

Whatever your cross, whatever your pain,
there will always be sunshine, after the rain....
Perhaps you may stumble, perhaps even fall;
But God's always ready, to answer your call....
He knows every heartache, sees every tear,
a word from His lips, can calm every fear...
Your sorrows may linger, throughout the night,
But suddenly vanish, by dawn's early light...
The Savior is waiting, somewhere above,
to give you His grace, and send you His love.
May God fill your day with blessings!!

My prayers and love are with each or you.
