MARSHALL, Mrs. Cecile O. age 73, of Dayton, OH passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born June 23, 1938 in Carrolton GA and was a long time member of Zebulan Baptist Church and recently joined Canaan Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Marshall; her parents, Jack and Adelle Harrison; and (1) sister, Florine Love. Cecile survived by (6) daughters, Debbie, Juliet, Regina (Danny), Tracy, Elizabeth (Kenneth), Sandra; (4) sons, Robert (Mary Anne), Tony (Karen), Otis, Jefffrey; (1) brother, Jack Harrison, Jr., (1) sister, Evette Crutch; and a host of grandchildren; great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren. Homegoing Service 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Canaan Missionary Baptist Church, 5191 Hoover Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, Rev. Joseph Coleman, officiating and Rev. Willie Marshall, Eulogist. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Family wishe to give a special thanks to Dr. Jaine and the staff at Kettering Medical Center. My deepest condolences to all of the family. I wish I could take the pain from you all, try to get comfort in the fact that your mom was one of the greatest women on this earth! Being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother seemed to come so natural for her. Loving and sweet, kind words, like her beauty... that is to be continued by all of you for the world to know her love was and always will be here in our hearts, mind and soul. I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Marshall was always there to step in when any of us needed her. I remember the 1st time I met her. She hugged me and welcomed me to the family (man, that was a LONG time ago). I love you all.

To The Marshall Family: Sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Marshall. She was a lovely woman to be admired. She had a strong love for her family and friends. We know that she is with the Lord, and hearing those sweet words we all want to hear, "Well done good and faithful servant" I can remember the fun times we had over the years.
