CHARLES, Ronnie Lee Age 10, of Franklin, passed away Saturday January 13, 2018 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. He was born in Dayton on November 12, 2007. Ronnie attended Schenck Elementary School in Franklin. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Dickey and grandmother, Brenda Arnett. Ronnie is survived by his Mom and Dad, Maria Vogel and Doug Dickey, three sisters, Ariyanna Blackstone, Kelsey and Vanessa Vogel; a brother, Michael Vogel; grandparents, Clark and Sarah Moser; and grandmother, Winifred Dickey. Also many extended loving family members. Funeral services are 10:00 am Saturday January 20, 2018 at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 East Second Street Franklin. Ronnie was like a brother to me. I always seen him smiling and laughing. He was there for me when I needed him. I was there when he needed me. I love ronnie with all my heart.
