He was predeceased by his mother, Cristi Powell. Rex is survived by his father, Neil Powell; his wife, Julie Powell; son, Andrew; and daughter, Adrianne. Memorial services will be at Hampton Funeral Home at 240 S. Cortez Street, Prescott, Arizona on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, from 1-3 p.m.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home.
