Phyllis A. Cody
Dagsboro - Phyllis A. Cody, age 79 of Dagsboro, DE passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 while holding her husband's hand.
Mrs. Cody was devoted to her family. She was a supportive wife, a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Phyllis enjoyed traveling, cooking and having large family gatherings.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Louise (Care) Cerino; two children, Matthew Brough and Marie Cody McDonnell and a granddaughter, Katie Harris. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Al Cody; six children, Diane Nash, Laura Harris, Sharon Courtney, Melissa Farrell, Stephanie Brough and Alfred Cody; 10 grandchildren, Cody Harris, Scott McDonnell, Sarah McDonnell, Rachel Moore, Allison Farrell, Lindsey Farrell, Nicole Deshaies, Megan Deshaies, Kathrine Cody and Christopher Cody and a great granddaughter, Evevangeline Moore.
A private memorial service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Phyllis' name to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society by visiting:
