I was very saddened to hear of Tommy"s passing. He and I grew up together at St. Paul"s School,Sallies, and the Second Street Neighborhood. Tommy was a talented athlete. Our gang at a pick-up game would fight over who would have Tommy on their side. I will miss his grin. Rest in Peace,Tommy.

We had the pleasure of working with Tommy at Delmarva Power. He was a hard worker who was always fun to be around. He cherished his girls. May your memories help heal your hearts.
