I had the honor to work with Danny for many years, with my Dad our business and in the band. Dan was a great friend, hard worker. Many years ago he gave me great advise that I still hold onto today. To the Whetham family I am so sorry for your loss. I was out of town and could not attend the service. RIP Danny

Dear Chris and family:
I remember when Dan arrived at Somerford House and knew at that moment what a polite gentlemen he was. Dan was always kind to me as I treated him with kindness and dignity even though he thought he was the outcast. I had many nice conversations with Chris, even though it was calling him for Dan's cigarettes. Many times I sat on my lunch 1/2 hour and talked to Dan while lighting his cigs and he just wanted someone to talk to. Dan you are not suffering anymore and I surely will miss seeing you. Even though I am at Somerford Place now every time I go over to visit I saw Dan the Man.
RIP my friend.
