Anna Louise ANTOINE

Anna Louise Antoine "Weezie" Age 79 of Hockessin, DE, formerly of Kennett Square, PA, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2004, at the Christiana Hospital in Newark. Mrs. Antoine was a 1942 graduate of Kennett Consolidated School. Her joys included flowers, grandchildren, shopping with the firehouse ladies, and cardinals. She was a life member of the Hockessin Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary since 1977, holding administrative office for several years. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Adrienne Haines; brothers, Robert, Samuel and Raymond; and sister, Dora. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Leon C. Antoine; daughters, Denise Burket and her husband, Joseph, of Newark and Renee Price and her husband, Kevin, of Bear; son, Matthew Antoine and his wife, Deborah, of Newark; and 4 grandchildren, Joseph Burket, Danielle Burket, Nathan Price and Noah Antoine. A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, April 27, 2004, at the CHANDLER FUNERAL HOME, 7230 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, where friends may visit with the family beginning at 11 am.
