AGE: 38 • Rockville, MD

Anthony J. Lofink, 38, died suddenly in New Castle, DE. Tony's passing has created a profound sense of loss for his family and his many friends.

Tony was employed by Charming Movers and worked and lived in Rockville, MD. Tony loved sports. He was a Delaware High School All State baseball player and a member of the Salesianum 1995 State Championship Baseball team. Tony also played baseball at the University of Delaware and Wilmington University. He was a big fan of the Eagles and the Phillies. Tony was a graduate of Wilmington University where he received his Master's Degree in Human Resource Management.

Tony was predeceased by his maternal grandparents George and Rita (Dennis) McBride, his paternal grandfather James A. Lofink and his uncle Dennis McBride. Tony is survived by his mother Donna McBride, his father Vincent A. Lofink (Janet Kilpatrick), his brothers Brian Lofink and his wife Michelle McClafferty, Michael Lofink and Richard Lofink, and his paternal grandmother Viola (Rollo) Lofink. Tony is also survived by his stepsisters Stephanie Adams, Erica Kilpatrick Galbreath (Aaron), aunts and uncles, Kevin McBride (Stefanie), Jennie Jones (Carl), Patricia McBride Scherer, Patricia Barnes McBride, as well as many cousins and second cousins.

We are forever grateful to his partner Cheri Dorfman and her children Evan and Suki who provided Tony with a supportive home life over the past six years.
