of Bear, DE, passed away quietly on November 24, 2009 the University of PA Hospital and into the loving care of her Lord.
Brenda was born in West Jefferson, NC on January 21, 1949, the daughter of the late Raymond and Grace Sharpe. Brenda was raised in PA, graduating in 1966 from Kennett High School. She started her banking career immediately thereafter. She made DE her home in the late '70s. She retired from Wachovia Bank. Brenda tried to make at least one trip a year out west to engage in the sport she loved, skiing. She enjoyed travelling, walks at Carousel Park and bicycling. Family was always a loving part of her life and she gave of herself unselfishly to them. Special thanks to all of Brenda's many friends and relatives for all their love, prayers and encouragement during her difficult journey. She loved you all. Also, thanks to the wonderful staffs at Christiana Hospital and the University of PA for the care given Brenda during her many hospital stays.
Brenda will be sadly and deeply missed by her sister Beverly Justinson and her husband Joseph of Oxford, PA; nephew Mark Justinson and wife Shannon of L.A. CA; niece Lindsay Corvin and her husband Michael; and great nephew Mikey of Oxford, PA.
