Clarence A. Everett, Jr.

AGE: 92 • Odessa

Clarence A. Everett, Jr. went home to the Lord on February 19, 2016, after a short illness.

Born on February 18, 1924, Dickie as he was known to his friends was a loving husband, father and grandfather. A hardworking husband and father he worked with Wilmington Trust and is the last surviving member of the St. Georges Trust Bank.

Dickie loved and played baseball for various teams on the Delmarva Peninsula in the 30's, 40's, and 50's.

He was pre-deceased by his parents Clarence and Lucille (Lester) Everett and his sister Emily and her husband George Tugend.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Elsie Collins Everett and one child Clarence A. Everett, III (Angela); 3 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Benjamin, and Noah; one great-grandson Ryan and one niece Georgialee Tugend Fishbach (David).

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 23, at 11:00 am at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown. Viewing will be from 10 -11 am. Interment will be private.

The family would like to thank Seasons Hospice and ShoreCare of Delaware for their fine care.
