Dawn E. (Sweeney) Warren, 67, of Milford, De passed away suddenly while at work on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Milford Memorial Hospital. Dawn was born in Elkton, MD the daughter of the late Ralph and Virginia (Collins) Shuler. She was a graduate of Middletown High School. Dawn worked at Milford Memorial Hospital as a health information assistant in medical records for 21 years. She enjoyed gardening, collecting lighthouses, working puzzles, and playing computer games. Dawn loved to hunt for and collect Native American relics as she traveled throughout the United States. Most important to her, was her love for family. They were the most important part of her life, especially her children and grandchildren, who were her life and she loved from the bottom of her heart. Her life outside of her family was all about the love of her job and the people with whom she worked. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Cpl. Paul J. Sweeney (NCCPD) in 1972, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

She is survived by one daughter Gail Weldon and her husband Nate, of Milford; two sons Paul John Sweeney II and his wife Brigette, of Newark and Thomas Wesley Baynard II and Rachelle Baynard of Milford; grandchildren Connor, Hailey, Madeline, Wesley and Olivia; and her brothers and sister Duane Shuler and his wife Bonita, James R. Shuler and his wife Kim, Patricia Burns, Keith Shuler and his wife Kathy, and Thomas Shuler.

A Celebration of Dawn's Life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where friends may call from 1 - 2 pm.
