1954-2015 Diane M. Shaw (Nee Lynch), age 61, died peacefully on August 26, 2015 at Seasons Hospice @ Christiana surrounded by her loving family. Raised in N. Wilmington, she has resided in Claymont, DE for 35 years. Diane was a Receivables & Collections Management - Team Leader at Ace Insurance for the past 10 years. She was known as an avid Crafter by all. She enjoyed summers at her 2nd home in Cape May, NJ and visiting her family in Maine. She was a member of the American Legion, Post 951 Ladies Auxiliary where she served as past president, secretary and also held many other positions at one time. She also was a Stampin Up Demonstrator.

In addition to her parents, William and Lillian Zets Lynch, she is preceded in death by a son, Donald Neide Jr. Who died in 2008 and a brother, Robert Lynch who died in 2013. Diane is survived her husband of 28 years, Ronald V. Shaw, 2 children, Shannan (Jeff) Heacock and Bryan Neide, 2 stepchildren, Ronald Shaw Jr. and Christopher (Denise) Shaw, 4 siblings, William Lynch, Karen (William) Paul, Joan Lynch and Thomas (Kazue) Lynch, maternal grandmother, Concetta Zets, uncle, Stephen Zets Jr., and 7 grandchildren, Brittany, Jake, Riley, Christopher Jr., Emily, Joshua and Kolton.

A viewing will be held on Sunday night, 7-9PM and also Monday, 9-10AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA followed by services at 10AM. Interment, Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the , 480 Norristown Rd. Suite 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
