Frank T. Drill Jr. Obituary
Frank T. Drill, Jr.

AGE: 82 •

Friday, November 20, 2015. Frank T. Drill, Jr., age 82, arrived on January 2, 1933 and departed on November 20, 2015 surrounded by his family. Frank was born and raised in Parkside, PA and graduated from Ridley Park High School in 1952. He was a longtime resident of Wilmington, DE, and a parishioner of Holy Child Church.

Frank retired from Boeing after 45 years as a flight test crew chief. He enjoyed swimming, ice skating, playing baseball, football and basketball. Frank loved to paint, work in his garden and cooking; especially his red sauce on Sundays. One of his favorite things to do was to dance and he would say he was quite good at it. He especially liked vacationing in Avalon and Key West and loved his visits to the casinos. Frank was a life long avid Phillies and Eagles fan. He was the son of the late Frank T. Sr. and Helene and brother of the late Anne.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Patt "Woo" (D'Amato); his children, Marcie Copson-Hall (Kerry), Lisa Begatto (Vincent), Tony Drill (Laura), Sherry Cetola (Michael); his siblings, Debi, Ginger, Joe, and Tom; his loving grandchildren, Anthony, Matthew, Carly Anne, Kyle, Marissa and Hailey; his great granddaughter, Guiliana; and his lovable, little yorkie, Lily.

Friends and family may visit Saturday from 9:15-11:15am at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home Ltd., 5980 Chichester Ave, Aston, PA; with a funeral mass at 12:00pm at Church of the Holy Child, 2500 Naamans Road, Wilmington. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans, www.dav.org. or www.stjude.org. Condolences at www.nolanfidale.com.
