AGE: 25 • Newark

James A. Gagnon, age 25, of Newark, DE passed away suddenly on January 12, 2017. Jim worked for several years at Walmart as a cart associate. He was an avid sports fan, and especially loved basketball and the Philadelphia 76ers. He enjoyed professional wrestling. Jim had an impressive collection of various team hats and professional wrestling DVD's. Jim cherished his family and looked forward to their time spent together at the holidays and family events.

Jim is survived by his parents, John and Patricia Gagnon; his twin brother, Joe Gagnon; his sister, Vickie Gagnon (Mikey); his grandmother, Lillian Gagnon; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, David and Lucy Ross, and John Gagnon.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, January 16, 2017 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 345 Bear Christiana Road, Bear, DE 19701. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1 PM. Burial will take place privately at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
