Loretta Campbell, age 70 of Millsboro, DE formerly of Pennsville, NJ passed away on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE.

Loretta was born in Philadelphia, PA on October 12, 1946 daughter of the late Maurice and Viola (Mason) DuBois. She was a graduate of Penns Grove Regional High School. Loretta retired from Salem Memorial Hospital working in the lab at the hospital and then after moving to Delaware she worked several years at M&T Bank in Millsboro as a customer service representative.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, clamming and crabbing with her grandkids, going out on the pontoon boat, and taking trips to Chincoteague, VA. She was a founding member of the AMVETS Post 22 in Millsboro, DE, was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at American Legion Post #28 in Millsboro, DE and was a past member of the Order of Eastern Star in Penns Grove, NJ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Campbell, Jr. in 2000. She is survived by her 2 children, Michael (Dawn) Campbell of Pennsville, NJ and Michelle (Jim) Schaffer of Elsinboro, NJ; 2 brothers, Maurice (Linda) DuBois of Swansboro, NC and Bob (Karen) Shiles of Lewes, DE. Loretta is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Dana Rinnier, J.J. Schaffer, Cody Prichard, Casey Schaffer, Megan Campbell and Ethan Campbell; 2 great grandchildren, Emma and Aaron Rinnier and her beloved dog, Harley.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd., Millsboro, DE 19966, where the funeral service will begin at 12:30 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 12 noon on Monday, November 7, 2016 at Lawnside Cemetery in Woodstown, NJ.
