Margaret Hamm

Ocean View - Margaret H. Hamm, age 81, of Ocean View, DE formerly of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at her home.

She was born in Wilmington, DE daughter of the late Edwin Johnson and Margaret (Connor) Johnson. Margaret was the co-owner of Hamm Plumbing & Heating with her husband, Spencer Hamm.

Margaret was a proud sponsor of the Challenger Little League team. The family deeply appreciates the love and care Season Hospice provided to Margaret and her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Spencer Hamm and two sisters, Mary Agnes Nasaka and Kathleen Wolfe. Margaret is survived by three sons, Michael Hamm, Daniel Hamm and Patrick Hamm; two grandchildren Mackenzie Hamm and Michael Hamm, Jr.; two brothers, Marty Johnson and Joe Johnson and a sister, Patricia Johnson.

Services and burial are private.

I have many fond memories of Margaret. I grew up next door to her and she and my mom were great friends. All us kids hung out and played kickball, built tents and drove our parents crazy. She n my mom will be laughing in heaven.
