Patricia Ann Musgrave, age 75, of Delaware, Ohio and formerly of Findlay, Ohio died at 11:15pm on Thursday, September 22, 2016, at the Western Reserve Masonic Community in Medina, Ohio. She was born on October 20,

1940 in Dennison, Ohio to the late Francis Jerome and Elizabeth (Beckett) O'Brien. On June 13, 1964, she married Ralph L. Musgrave Jr. who survives. Also surviving are sons: David (Megan) Musgrave of Chesterton, Indiana, Mark (Linda) Musgrave of Medina, Ohio, and John (Heidi) Musgrave of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; brother: Larry (Debbie) O'Brien of Phoenix, Arizona and grandchildren: Patrick, Jack, Nick, Drew, Katie, Emily, Lauren, and Rachel. Patricia was a registered nurse having graduated from St. Rita's School of Nursing in Lima, Ohio. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Michigan University and a Master's Degree from St. Joseph's College of Maine. She began her career as an emergency department nurse in clinical care and thereafter worked in hospital administration at Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware, Ohio. She was the Vice President of Nursing at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Kenton, Ohio and completed her career as a nurse surveyor at the Joint Commission. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Delaware, Ohio and previously served on the St. Mary Board of Education and was the President of the Mother's Club at Bishop Watterson High School in Columbus, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 2-6pm on Sunday at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Findlay, Ohio, where a vigil service will be held at 6pm on Sunday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00am on Monday at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church Downtown Findlay, Ohio. Father Art Niewiadomski, celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Michael Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Western Reserve Masonic Community Memory Unit. Online condolences are welcomed at
