William D. Blewitt

William D. "Nip" Blewitt Loving husband and father. William D. "Nip" Blewitt, 56, of Collingdale, died April 24, 2012 at Taylor Hospital. Mr. Blewitt was born on September 15, 1955 in Darby to the late Walter and Elizabeth Cooney Blewitt. He was a graduate of Msgr. Bonner High School. He retired from the Home Depot where he worked as a Carpet Salesman, after working for many years as a self-employed carpet installer. Bill was an avid Philadelphia Sports Fan and in his leisure he enjoyed reading. Survivors: He was the beloved husband for 29 years of Janice (nee Paschall) Blewitt; loving father of William Blewitt Jr.; also survived by 3 brothers Steve, Ed, and Joe Blewitt; sister Mary Beth Jamison; many nieces and nephews. Service: Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass Saturday 10 AM Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 1101 Main St, Darby, PA 19023. Viewing after 9 AM in Church.
