So odd this would come to my e-mail today! I just heard from a friend who is going to Italy in September. I remember Rita being thrilled about going to Italy.....she also reminded me so much of another friend I have, who is now 89 and a true Italian (as she calls it). So many fond memories of working with Rita @ Midlantic Bank. Rest well, my friend.......you are missed!

I am so very sad to hear of my friend, Rita Zippi's passing. I had no idea she was ill.....hadn't heard from her too much recently, but I thought it was because she was very busy with her loving family. Rita and I met when we worked at Midlantic Bank and became friends. I think of her often and remember her fondly. She was funny and yet very committed to all she was involved with in her life; especially family. She was so happy when she went to Italy. I will miss you, Rita, but you leave me with fond memories. God Bless You and your loving family. Always remember her smile...........and her love!
