I met Herb many years ago when he came to work at Bayshore Concrete Products in Cape Charles. We became fast friends and Herb was a sweet, quirky guy. He took me sailing on his boat a few times.....he liked taking pictures then. I liked Herb then over the years we lost contact. I spoke with him a few years ago and it was nice to hear his voice. He was a really nice man.
