Dear Cecily and family,

I am so sorry to learn of Bill's passing. Bill and I were cousins and in our younger days we often played golf together. Bill was a wonderful person and I wish we could have spent more time together.

God bless all of you and may Bill's soul rest in peace.

Cecily & family,

So sorry to hear of your loss. I did not have the privilege of knowing Doc, but everyone who knew him always had wonderful things to say about him. Tom did know him and always enjoyed playing golf and spending time with him at the club. May you find strength in you loving memories of him.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Cecily, Megan, Suzi, and Betsy, I send you my condolences, love and prayers.
A long time ago, I interviewed a pretty young woman for a job she was overqualified for. I tried to talk her out of it, but she wouldn't have it. She came to work alongside me and we laughed all day long most days. I soon met her fiance and not too long afterward I attended their beautiful wedding. Then you girls came along and the rest, as they say, is history and legend. I love and admire Bill. He was unfailingly kind, shy but far from timid, funny, handsome, proud, polite, and solid as the earth. I'm sure he is being hugely welcomed on the other side. May God bless and comfort you all. Cecily, I'll be in touch, but know I'm here -- or there -- for you. My shoulder, ears, and my heart are all yours, my dear sweet friend.

Cec ~ thinking of you and your family during time of sorrow. Dr. "Billiam" was an absolute delight to work with at Excellus BCBS. His dedication to the dentist community along with fairness to members & clients was a perfect balance in helping to build positive relations across the board. Our team had many, many great laughs with Bill, and he will be missed by many. Bill was great colleague and a cherished friend who I will miss dearly.

He was a great dentist, always with kind words and a gentle tap on the shoulder saying, keep up the good work. Thanks for everything, you'll be missed.

To the Molak family,

I had the honor and pleasure of getting to know all of you through my years of working with Dr. Gerard. He was a very well liked man, and I will fondly remember seeing him every day before he relocated his office. Joanne mentioned the 'debates' she had with him during baseball season; they were always fun to witness (for the record, I was a Boston fan). My condolences to all of you on his passing.

I have worked for Dr. Molak for over 10 years. We had a very unique relationship. I am an avid Yankee fan and as everyone knows he is not. He probably wouldn't have hired me if he knew that beforehand, but it made for a very interesting baseball season.

There was never a work day when I woke up and said "I don't want to go to work today". It was always pleasant and many days just plain fun. There was one day, he was quite miserable. By mid-morning I asked "What is wrong with you?". He answered "I quit smoking Saturday". I said "My husband quit Saturday also and you can't both quit at the same time". He laughed and things were back to normal at work, not so much at home.

I have been in the dental field over 40 years and have worked with several dentists. Dr. Molak was the kindest and most generous of them all. May you Rest in Peace. I know by now you realize there are Yankees there, so please save a spot on that side of Heaven for me.
